A Petition to wind up the above-named Company having its registered office at Ecovision House, Kemble Enterprise Park, Kemble, Cirencester GL7 6BQ , presented on 28 June 2019 by the Petitioner TAG MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD of 5 Granville Close, Bristol, BS15 3TJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 9 October 2019, at 11.00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 8 October 2019.
