"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Harold (IP No. 10810) of OBS Recovery (formerly Refresh Recovery Limited), 103 Bradley House, Radcliffe Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 6RT be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
