“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
