A Petition to wind up the above-named Company ECOGUM LIMITED, 126 Oldbury Road, Smethwick, West Midlands, B66 1JE presented on 28 October 2016 by MR ANTHONY GAYDEN AND A GAYDEN PROPERTIES LIMITED, 126 Oldbury Road, Smethwick, West Midlands, B66 1JE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on 20th January 2017, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
