“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe and Nathan Jones, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 1BY, (IP Nos 9513 and 9326) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
