Notice is hereby given that on 12 January 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that ECO GREEN (SCOTLAND) LIMITED trading as COSY HOMES, with its Registered Office at Block 3 Unit 5, Parkway Point, 262 Springhill Parkway, Glasgow, G69 6GA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 17 January 2018 ordained the said Eco Green (Scotland) Limited trading as Cosy Homes and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
