Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the office of James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton SO15 2NP on 5 January 2017 at 12 noon for the following purposes:

1. To have laid before the meeting a statement as to the affairs of the Company.

2. To appoint a liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets and to regulate whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.

3. To establish a liquidation committee and to appoint persons to serve as creditor members of the committee.

Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. A creditors' guide to liquidators' fees can be found on our website at: http://www.jamescowperkreston.co.uk/information-and-guides/.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton SO15 2NP on 3 January 2017 and 4 January 2017 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is able to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead or him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies must be duly completed and lodged, along with a valid proof of debt form at the offices or James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton SO15 2NP no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the meetings.
