Notice is hereby given that on 8 April 2019 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Lauren McMullan, Managing Director of Eco-Fish Global Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Eco-Fish Global Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC561798) and having its Registered Office at 84 Hamilton Road, Motherwell, ML1 3BY be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Adam Southard, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, be appointed as provisional liquidators by Interlocutor dated 9th April 2019 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Hamilton Sheriff Court, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
