On 13 April 2016 ECL Solutions Limited entered into Creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

I, Peter George Gunn, c/o K J Watkin & Co., Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall, England, WS9 8PH, was a director of ECL Solutions Limited trading as Ban-Air Storage Systems during the twelve months ending with the day before it entered into Liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.288 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company being trading names including the style of Ban-Air, Ban-Air Storage Systems, Ban-Air Storage Solutions and Ban-Air Products.
