Resolutions

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”;and

2. “That Neil Charles Money, of CBA, 39 Castle Street, Leicester, LE1 5WN, be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.

At the subsequent meeting of Creditors held at 10.30 amon the 15th May 2017 having been adjourned from the 4th May 2017 the appointment of Mark Jonathan Botwood was confirmed.
