‘That the company be wound up voluntarily; and ‘That T A Close and S A Rowe of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton TA1 2UH be appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
