At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held via Microsoft Teams on 25 June 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestrel House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LU and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 25 June 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Adrian Paul Dante and Joanne Kim Rolls as Joint Liquidators.
