“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
