“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 2 Axon, Commerce Road, Lynchwood, Peterborough PE2 6LR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
