At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at MBI Coakley Ltd, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT on 29 November 2016 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Dermot Coakley and Michael Bowell, both of MBI Coakley Ltd, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT, (IP Nos. 6824 and 7671) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
