At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 186B London Road, Great Notley, Braintree, CM77 7QH on 3 March 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) and Tom Gardiner (IP No. 17990) both of Begbies Traynor, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally."
