The members of above-named company, on 15 April 2019 passed the following written resolutions as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”

The Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the Joint Liquidators.
