Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 28 February 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Andrew Butler (IP No. 08695) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
