NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 29 August 2019 at 11.45 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Access to the virtual meeting can be gained from 11.45 am on 29 August 2019 by telephoning 0800 229 1440 (Freephone) or 0844 473 3707 (from landline) or 0330 336 3476 and inserting the following password/access code when prompted 330187.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DA by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
