“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew McTear, of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT, (IP No. 7242) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
