A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 13 January 2020 by MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL of 1 City Road East, Manchester M15 4PN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 23 Dolphin Street, Manchester M12 6BG will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 2 March 2020 ( or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
