"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, IP1 1TT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
