At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Howey Close, Newhaven BN9 0NX on 21 June 2019 at 4.00pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Edward Knight (IP No 11150) and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight (IP No 2236) of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
