Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 August 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Third Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators.”
