At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited, Business Hive, 13 Dudley Street, Grimsby, DN31 2AW, on 13 December 2018, the following Resolutions were duly passed; as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Louise Burge of Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited, Business Hive, 13 Dudley Street, Grimsby, DN31 2AW be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors duly convened and held that Gareth David Rusling (IP No. 9481) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.
