Notice is hereby given by the Joint Supervisors, Kevin Murphy and Bai Cham (IP Nos 8349 & 18052) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 21 August 2020 ("the last date for proving"), to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Bai Cham of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ, the Joint Supervisor of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence, or other evidence, as they may appear to the Administrator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt, or has not provided reasons for the late claim, before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.

According to the Company's statement of affairs, the Joint Supervisor believes that you are owed the sum of ÂŁ1,000. The Joint Supervisors will treat this debt as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend unless the Joint Supervisors are advised that the amount of the debt is incorrect, or the debt is not owed. Where debts are incorrect, a proof of debt must be submitted to me by 21 August 2020 in order for the creditor to receive a dividend based on the correct amount owed.

Please Note: The last date for submitting a proof of debt, together with reasons for the late submission, is 21 August 2020.
