"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Fish (IP No. 21390) and Alan Brian Coleman (IP No. 009402) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
