Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 January 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) and Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Third Floor Connexions Building, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1QJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
