"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) and Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Third Floor Connexions Building, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1QJ are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
