At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB on 6 September 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB and David Acland (IP No. 8894) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
