A dividend to creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within two months of 7 May 2021 (the last date of proving).

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a Proof of Debt, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 7 May 2021. The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved by this date. Note: The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a 'small debt' not exceeding ÂŁ1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Liquidators.
