At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB on 28 February 2020 at 11.50 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andy John (IP No. 20896) and Neil Bennett (IP No. 9083) both of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Andy John and Neil Bennett was not confirmed, and Ian Defty and Robert Starkins of CVR Global, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ (IP Nos. 9245 and 12540), were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
