A Petition to wind up the above-named company of EAS Electrical Services Ltd (07068876) of 12 Stonecroft, Vigo, Gravesend, Kent DA13 0ST, whose nature of business is 43210 - Electrical installation, presented on Wednesday 10 July 2019, at 13:00 by REXEL UK LIMITED, of Ground Floor, Eagle Court 2, Hatchford Brook, Hatchford Way, Sheldon, Birmingham B26 3RZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (CHD), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 28 August 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
