At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 15 Ladram Road, Southend-on-sea SS1 3PX on Monday 23 September 2019, the following Resolution/s was/were duly passed:

1. (Special Resolution) That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of it's liabilities, continue it's business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. (Ordinary Resolution) That Lisa Alford and Chris Parkman of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.

3. (Ordinary Resolution) That the statement of affairs fee be agreed at ÂŁ4,000 plus VAT and disbursements.

4. (Ordinary Resolution) That Purnells may charge the following Category 2 disbursement to the liquidation: a. Storage costs in connection to the Company's records. This will be charged at a cost of 20 pence per box per week.
