At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 9-10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP on 12 May 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be, and hereby is, wound up voluntarily, and that Gavin G Bates and Gary S Pettit, both of PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency, 9-10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP, (IP Nos. 8983 and 9066) be, and hereby are, appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up, with authority to act separately in all matters.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Gavin Geoffrey Bates and Gary Steven Pettit as Joint Liquidators.
