At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL 19 January 2021 at 12.00 noon, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Weir (IP No. 9099) of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
