“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Liam Alexander Short (IP No. 14570) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW and Simon Chandler (IP No. 008822) of Mazars LLP, First Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up."
