Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 December 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) and Brian Burke (IP No. 16250) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
