At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 10.00 am on 5 June 2019 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Birchall (IP No. 9725) and Anthony Fisher (IP No. 9506) both of Focus Insolvency Group, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9EU be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held at 10.15 am on 5 June 2019 the Creditors voted for the appointment of Asher Miller (IP No 9251) of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
