“At a meeting of creditors of the Company held on 8 January 2020, the Decision Date, Richard Paul James Goodwin (IP No. 9727) of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP and Joanne Louise Hammond (IP No. 17030) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
