NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of EA Technology Limited will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3AT on 20 March 2017 at 10:00 hrs to consider whether to approve a proposal by the directors for a Company Voluntary Arrangement by the company with its creditors in satisfaction of its debts.

The purpose of the meeting is to accept or reject the proposal. The proposal also includes provisions for the agreement of the Supervisor's remuneration. Forms of proxy and proof of debt must be lodged at BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3AT not later than 12.00 hrs on 17 March 2017 to enable creditors to vote at the meeting.
