NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 21 December 2020. Creditors who have not already submitted a proof of debt are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH by no later than 21 December 2020, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
