NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 4 December 2018 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of appointing a liquidator of the Company.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting by: Contacting Rhys Wordsworth on 0844 870 9251 for the relevant information.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Live Recoveries, Wentworth House, 122 New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 4QB by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

At the meeting, creditors will consider the approval of the pre-appointment remuneration.

The convener of the meeting is Board of Directors.
