A Petition to wind up the above-named company of E-Tail Webstores Promotions Limited (registered company number 07851072) of Suite 3 Bath Mews, Bath Parade, Cheltenham GL53 7HL has been presented on Wednesday 19 August 2020 by CRITEO LTD of 10 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2SL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Gloucester and Cheltenham, Kimbrose Way, Gloucester GL1 2DE on Tuesday 13 October 2020, at 12:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
