At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held via zoom at 11.00 am on 29 April 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
