“That Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of Opus Restructuring LLP, St Brandons House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, BS1 5QT and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators may be done by any or both of the joint liquidators.”
