A third and final dividend to the Company's non preferential unsecured creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within two months of the last date of proving.

A creditor whose debt is a 'small debt' not exceeding ÂŁ1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is required to prove their debt by completing a Proof of Debt Form with supporting documentation by the last date for proving.

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a Proof of Debt, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 4 March 2019. Creditors should send their claims to Geoffrey Bouchier, Joint Liquidator, E 2015 Limited, c/o Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this dividend. No further dividends are expected to be paid.

The prescribed part is not applicable in the Liquidation as the Secured Creditor has been paid in full.

Geoffrey Bouchier (IP No 9535) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and Philip Duffy (IP No 9253) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 24 June 2016.
