At a General Meeting of the Member of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Bloc Office Hub, Fifth Floor, Santa Maria Business District, Panama, Republic of Panama on 6 January 2021 at 12.00 noon the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Starkins (IP No. 12540) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London EC4A 1JQ and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
