At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at: -

Viaduct Works, Frog Hill, Ponsanooth, Truro, Cornwall, TR3 7JW on 2 May 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:-

2. Alessandro Sidoli (IP Number 14270) & Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP

be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
