Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 January 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404) and Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, The Basement, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
